Man charged with card fraud
A Rome man has been arrested on felony warrants charging him with financial transaction card theft and financial transaction card fraud.
According to the warrants:
25-year-old Rodney Jermaine Sullivan Jr. took a woman’s card and used it to transfer $250 to his Cash App.
The incident occurred on March 12.
Dallas man accused of entering four vehicles in West Rome
A Dallas, Georgia man was booked into the Floyd County Jail early Tuesday on a felony count of entering an automobile.
According to jail records:
30-year-old Tylan Ke’Dron Peaks entered four vehicles on Leafmore Road in Rome.
He then provided a false name and date of birth to the police.
Peaks is additionally charged with obstruction of law enforcement.
