A woman who was featured on the MTV reality show “16 and Pregnant” is accused of supplying drugs to a man who overdosed in February.

33-year-old Whitney Blake Purvis was booked into the Floyd County Jail on Monday on charges of felony involuntary manslaughter, use of a communications facility to commit a crime involving drugs, and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

According to the arrest warrant:

Purvis intentionally distributed a combination of Xylazine and Fentanyl, known on the street as “Tranq” to a 37-year-old Rome man on East Eighth Street.

The man died as a result of a toxic overdose.
