-Floyd County Jail records-

A 65-year-old Cedartown man was booked into the Floyd County Jail over the weekend on two felony counts of grooming a minor for a sexual offense or trafficking for sexual servitude.

According to the arrest warrant:

Garry Duane Dunn engaged in social media contact with a minor, and would take her out shopping and to eat.

The contact continued even after the guardians of the juvenile asked Dunn to stop.

Dunn, who is a convicted sex offender whose previous victim was the same age as the juvenile in this case, also had sexual contact with the victim at his residence.
