A 19-year-old Rome man is facing multiple charges, including sexual exploitation of children, following his arrest on Wednesday.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Javier Juan Pascual used a phone to request nude photos of a juvenile and enticed the victim to engage in sexually explicit conduct.

He then threatened to release the photos that he had if she did not send more.

Pascual is also charged with the use of a computer service to entice a child, obscene telephone contact with a child, and obscene telephone communications.
