The Children’s Museum of Rome celebrated its grand opening on Thursday, the 17th. Parents brought their children to the Mount Berry Mall to play and learn in the exhibits at the museum, all of which were interactive.
“The main idea is for kids to have fun. But we wanted them to experience things that they see in their everyday lives. We didn’t want it to be just another kids museum where they just come and play. We wanted them to experience the places that they see in their town.”
-Leigh Ann Dukes, Program Coordinator at the Children’s Museum of Rome.
