It may be the second Friday in July, but it will be First Friday in Downtown Rome tonight.
The next installment of the First Friday Concert Series begins at 7 p.m. at the Town Green.
“All the boys are going to be on stage,” said Kristi Kent with the Georgia’s Rome Office of Tourism. “We have Jessee & the Boys opening up for Them Mixon Boys. I believe Them Mixon Boys performed at the July 4th Concert in Cave Spring, so if you want an encore, you can come out to the free concert at the Town Green.”
There will also be food and drinks from some of your favorite vendors.
The concert was moved back a week due to the 4th of July activities last weekend.
