October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this Sunday, AdventHealth Georgia’s Cancer Care will host Pickleball for Breast Cancer Awareness.

The event, which is FREE and open to the public, will be held at Pickleball 706 in Calhoun.

AdventHealth invites the community to come out and cheer, spectate, play, and support breast cancer awareness. 

Important Information: 

• Wear athletic shoes if you’re planning to participate 

• Equipment will be provided 

• T-shirts will be given to pickleball participants 

• Food provided by CiCi’s Pizza 

• Enjoy prizes, giveaways, and raffle items 

Schedule of Events: 

12 to 3:30 pm | Open play and instruction 

1 pm | Hats Off to Breast Cancer Health 

2 pm | Honor Survivors 

3:30 pm | Exhibition match featuring professionally ranked pickleball players 

4 to 6 pm | Open and play instruction
